IRCON Recruitment 2024 : Apply for Assistant Manager post, Notification, Age, Eligibility, etc. know more

IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company working under the Ministry of Railways, is looking to hire an Assistant Manager/HRM. This company builds things like railways, highways, and buildings. They've done projects in India and other countries. Here's what they're looking for:

Position: Assistant Manager/HRM

Salary: Rs. 40000–140000 per month plus other benefits

Total Posts: 06

Qualification: A post-graduate degree or diploma in HR/Personnel/IR/PM & IR with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR-related matters. Experience in areas like recruitment, training, and employee welfare is preferred. Being good with computers is a bonus.

Age: Maximum 30 years as of April 1, 2024

Selection Process: There will be a written exam and/or interview.

Surety Bond: If selected, you'll need to commit to working with the company for at least three years.
