For students who have already enrolled in the National Web portal:

• Go to https://nats.education.gov.in
• Click on "Student Login"
• Type "PULWAMA" in the field "District to Which Institute Belongs"
• Choose Institute name: "Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora, Pulwama, Kashmir"
• Fill all the fields mentioned in the application form
• Click on the final submit button
• Take a print out of the application form

For students who have not enrolled in the National Web portal:

• Go to https://nats.education.gov.in
• Click on "Student Register"
• Complete the application form
• A unique enrollment number for each student will be generated
• Go to "Student Login"
• Click on "Student Login"
• Type "PULWAMA" in the field "District to Which Institute Belongs"

Step 2 : 

 After successfully registering on the NATS portal, you should proceed to click on the provided link at https://recruitment.iust.ac.in/ to initiate the registration process on the University portal. 

Once you've completed both registration processes, make sure to print out the application form. Then, submit the printed application form, along with the NATS application form and the non-refundable fee receipt of Rs 200/-, to the office of the Dean Outreach. 

You can pay the fee online through the link mentioned earlier. Ensure you include all the relevant documents (Xerox copies), such as your marks card of the qualifying degree, date of birth certificate, domicile certificate, Aadhaar card, fee receipt, and bank passbook. Remember, it's mandatory to submit hard copies of both the NATS and University application forms, along with the fee receipt of Rs 200/-, for your online application to be considered.

Here's how the shortlisting and selection process works for the Technical and Administrative Apprentices/Interns:

Shortlisting Criteria: Your qualification will primarily determine your shortlisting. If needed, your merit in the qualifying degree will be considered.

Selection Process: Your selection will be based on two factors: the merit of your qualifying degree and your performance in the interview. The ratio is 85:15, respectively. So, your academic achievements carry significant weight.

Preference for Computer Knowledge: Having proficiency in computer skills, such as MS Office, will give you an edge in the selection process. Make sure to highlight any relevant computer skills you possess.

Phased Selection: The selection process will be conducted in phases, based on the organization's requirements. This means that the selection may occur over multiple stages, depending on the need for apprentices or interns.

Make sure to prepare well for both your academic performance and the interview to maximize your chances of selection.

IUST Kashmir Recruitment 2024 Stipend

Here's the stipend structure for Technical and Administrative Interns:

Technical Intern: You will receive a stipend of Rs 12,000 per month. This includes Rs 4,500 from the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and Rs 7,500 from the Islamic University of Science & Technology.

Administrative Intern: Your stipend will be Rs 10,000 per month. This comprises Rs 4,500 from the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme through DBT and Rs 5,500 from the Islamic University of Science & Technology.
