Office of The District Judge, Ganjam, At Berhampur invites applications in the the prescribed format from eligible candidates for the posts of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer Grade-III, and Junior Typist. These positions come with usual DA and other allowances as per the Government of Odisha guidelines. Appointments will be subject to the final result of W.P.(C) No. 1273 of 2014 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack. Below is a brief information about the Advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria
For the posts of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer
Grade-III, and Junior Typist:
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Minimum educational qualification: +3 Examination or equivalent.
- Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Age: 18-32 years as on June 20, 2024 (age relaxation as per government norms).
- Must speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
- Good character and sound health.
- Not have more than one spouse living, if married.
- Registered in an Employment Exchange.
- No criminal proceeding pending.
- Specific speed requirements for Typist and Stenographer posts.
Requirement
Possess the following additional qualifications for specific
posts:
Junior Typist:
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.
Stenographer Grade-III:
- Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typing.
Application Submission
- Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format (Form-A and Annexure-I).
- Include self-attested copies of relevant documents as listed in the advertisement.
- Applications must be sent by Registered/Speed Post or dropped in the Drop Box at the Civil Court Campus, Berhampur, by 5 PM on June 20, 2024.
- No examination fee is required.

- Self-attested +2 certificate and mark sheet.
- Self-attested +3 certificate and mark sheet.
- Self-attested Diploma in Computer Application certificate.
- Stenography course certificate (for Stenographer).
- English Type Writing course certificate (for Typist).
- Odia test certificate (M.E. Standard).
- Two original Character Certificates.
- Five self-signed recent passport size photographs.
- Three self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 30/- postage.
- Self-attested Caste Certificate.
- Self-attested disability certificate (if applicable).
- Self-attested sports person/ex-serviceman certificate (if applicable).
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
- Conversion certificate (if applicable).
- Self-declaration certificate regarding marital status (if married).
