As you consider applying for the apprenticeship position,
it's crucial to thoroughly review the provided terms and conditions to ensure
you meet all eligibility criteria. Pay close attention to details such as
educational qualifications, eligibility for specific categories, and the
application process.
Remember, only
candidates who have passed the ITI qualifying examination from NCVT and SCVT as
regular candidates are eligible to apply. If you've already undergone
apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act 1961, you're not eligible for this
opportunity.
How to apply
To apply, fill out the Google form available at the provided
link and complete registration on the apprenticeshipindia.org portal. Make sure
to enter your registration number from the apprenticeship portal in the Google
form. Higher qualified candidates should refrain from applying, as they won't
be considered for selection.
If selected, you'll undergo a one-year apprenticeship,
starting from the execution of the apprenticeship contract. PWD candidates are
eligible for designated trades only, as per the apprenticeship rules.
At the time of joining, ensure you have all the necessary
certificates, including police verification, conduct/character certificate,
physical fitness certificate, SSC certificate, ITI certificate, and caste/PWD
certificate (expired OBC certificates won't be considered). Additionally, bring
copies of your bank passbook, Aadhar card, and recent passport-size photograph.
Be aware that verification of credentials will be conducted,
and any discrepancies may result in disqualification. Suppression of facts will
also lead to disqualification at any stage of the selection process or training
period.
No TA/DA will be provided during the selection process, and
the establishment won't offer hostel accommodation, quarters, or transport
during the training period. Selected candidates must sign a contract of
apprenticeship before commencing training.
Failure to attend training without authorization for more
than 15 days will result in termination. Completion of training doesn't
guarantee temporary or permanent employment with DMRL.
Lastly, keep in mind that the DMRL management reserves the
right to amend, cancel, or suspend the selection process at any time without
providing a reason. No appeals will be accepted, and correspondence will not be
entertained from candidates not selected for training.
Ensure your application is submitted before the deadline on May 31st, 2024, and keep an eye on your email for further notifications regarding the commencement of training. Make sure your email is active throughout the selection process to avoid missing any important updates.
