  • Preferred experience in FMCG sales Excellent sales and negotiation skills 
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels 
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Area Sales Manager (ASM):

  • Manage, train, and guide the sales team.
  • Set and monitor sales targets.
  • Develop annual sales quotas and forecast sales volume.
  • Maintain product mix and sales volume.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts.
  • Implement a sales management process to prioritize key customers.

Territory Sales in Charge (TSI):

  • Responsible for sales and distribution of value-added products.
  • Achieve revenue targets for the territory.
  • Lead and manage the distributor sales team.
  • Manage both GT and MT distribution.
  • Appoint new distributors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting.
  • Conduct periodic distributor reviews.
